「Wi-Fiが使えない部屋に通され調査を求めたが「時間がかかる、満室なので部屋は変えられない」とのこと。 その後4時間待ち、最終的にやはり部屋を変えることができると、しかも候補部屋は３つ。満室とは？？ また、同室はお湯も出ず水でシャワーを浴びる羽目になった。」

「We had a wonderful experience staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge. The property is only about two years old, so everything in in great condition. We were the only guests one of the two nights and received exceptional service. The meals were great with serving sizes so large we were never able to finish. We initially had issues getting hot water and the staff immediately had a team out and got it fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.」
