The location was excellent, with plenty of eateries directly across the road and along the same street. It was also very convenient for my work conference, which was just down the road. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The hotel description did not make it clear that this was a serviced apartment with no reception located at the property. I also did not receive clear instructions explaining how or where to collect the keys. With no apparent email or check-in instructions provided, I called the contact number only to be advised that the office was closed. I then found information directing me to a location to collect the keys, however, when I arrived there, the collection point appeared to be non-existent. Around 30 minutes later, I was finally contacted and the check-in process was completed. For a serviced apartment without an onsite reception, clear check-in and key collection instructions are essential. I strongly recommend these details are emailed to guests at least 24 hours prior to arrival to prevent unnecessary confusion and frustration.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

The location wasn’t too bad but this would have to be the worst stay I’ve had in Brisbane to date and I’ve stayed in maybe 30 properties. The noise is unbelievable, the check in poor, the need for an app that almost every guest was having trouble keeping with (everyone we met in hallways and stuck in lifts). Floors were dirty, The cushions so dirty they were itchy. Sheets washed but not blankets. I would seriously warn against this place. Just grateful that I didn’t book longer.

Travelled with our 1.5yr old toddler. Other than the size of the bedroom, we found the room to be enough. But any more, we would need to book the bigger rooms. Staff were really lovely and loved coming back to a clean room. Loved having the buffet breakfast option right down stairs and restaurants on the same street as we had lots of options for dining. Would book again.
