Great location and view.. cleaning not worth

Location is great. View os the best. Apartment is big and very clean. Reception and cleaning team are gentle. Breakfast is limited options. waiters are tough. Short guy waiters bald is too damn tough and rude. I was thinking to give 3 starts due to this guy. He is always yelling and shouting and you can identify him easily in the breakfast time. If I were the manager, I will definitely put him back office or kitchen. No way he can deal with guest. Cleaning service if it is chargeable, it doesn’t wortg at all. No vacuum at all for the carpet.

Entspannter Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr nettes Personal, die Ausstattung des Hotels ist noch sehr neu und entsprechend schön. Besonders die Sauna Landschaft hat uns gefallen.

Perfekt lejligheds hotel

Lige fra første kontakt ved tjek ind var der en formidabel service som fortsatte de 4 dage vi var der. Virkelig lækker nyt hotel, med super indrettede lejligheder. Fint køkken, stor seng og dejlig opholdsstue. Både i stue og soveværelse var der Samsung smart Tv hvor vi kunne tilslutte vores Chrome cast. Perfekt beliggenhed til ture i området, og udstyret med områdets sommercard sparede vi mange penge på adgang til seværdigheder, Bergbahnen og bådtur på søen. Vi spiste også aftensmad på hotellets restaurant, det var virkelig lækker tilberedt og anrettet. Vil 100% vælge det en anden gang

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Super schönes Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal. Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt! Eine etwas andere Unterkunft vom Stil her aber uns hat es wahnsinnig gut gefallen! Nach einem Wandertag noch kurz in den Pool und die Sauna - sehr toll! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Mountain Hotel Luis in Kaprun Es gibt positives sowie negatives zu bewerten aber trotzdem überwiegend positiv insgesamt. Zuerst negativ: 1. bei 1 Woche kostet das Hotel knapp tausend Euro und es ist nicht mal ein Roomservice inklusive. D.h kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Reinigung etc das müsste man noch extra dazu buchen, bei dem Preis schon unverständlich und kennt man so nicht. Weiterhin wurde man darüber erst nach der Buchung per Mail informiert (18€ pro Tag zzgl) 2. Wir hätten um 16 Uhr einchecken können aber die Rezeption hat erst um 17 Uhr geöffnet(jeden Tag nur zu bestimmten Zeiten) 3. Der Pool war einfach viel zu warm um sich bei den Temperaturen abzukühlen. 4. auf dem Balkon fehlten Stühle und Tische um sich dort aufzuhalten. Positiv: 1. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und wenn was fehlte, wurde es sofort behoben 2. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Toilette ist extra mit Belüftung. Ebenerdige Dusche inkl Shampoo/Duschgel. Großes Bett inkl Schrank und Sessel. Genug Ablageflächen. Fernsehprogramm ist ausreichend vorhanden inkl sky. 3. Der Pool bzw Spa Bereich ist toll um sich nach den Wanderungen zu erholen. 2 Saunen gibt es inkl Eis zum abkühlen. Es sind genug liegen draußen und drinnen zum entspannen vorhanden. Tee ist inklusive. 4. Das Restaurant gehört zwar nicht zum Hotel muss aber besonders hervor gehoben werden. Das Essen ist exquisit und preislich unschlagbar. Sehr schönes, neues Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist mit vielen Holzelementen gestaltet und sieht besonders gut aus. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ruhig. Der Spa-Bereich umfasst einen schönen, warmen Außenpool, zwei Saunen und weitere Features. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Tiefgarage war kostenlos und übersichtlich. Die anderen Gäste waren niveauvoll und ruhig. Das Restaurant Freestyle hat leckere, regionale Speisen auf dem Plan. Uns hat vor allem das Filetsteak gefallen. Der Barkeeper ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ gewesen. Das Hotel selbst liegt ziemlich zentral. Da es direkt neben Intersport Oberschneider liegt, war der Skiverleih nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
