The apartment 5 consists of a comfortable, cozy living room, which is furnished with natural solid wood furniture, a bathroom / WC and a kitchenette. The living room has a large double bed and a cozy dining area. From the large sunny balcony you have a huge view over the village and the valley. The equipment of the studio includes: TV (satellite TV, ski area live info channel), kettle, safe, a sideboard and a large wardrobe. This room opens onto a terrace. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: free wifi, entrance hall as kitchenette with stove, extractor hood and fridge, opposite shower and toilet; Parquet floor, table and bed linen, towels and tea towels, a microwave, coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle, plenty of dishes and accessories, safe, hairdryer, clock radio; Solarium, ski room with boot dryer. The price includes electricity and heating!1 x weekly free sauna or Steam bath! Free toboggan rental: You can always borrow free sledges from us - eg. B. for the toboggan evenings on slides!

Welcome to our cozy apartment house!Our apartment house is built according to ecological criteria (awarded the environmental seal Tyrol). It is located directly above the village center in central (3 minutes), yet extremely quiet location with great views, very sunny balconies and terraces - beach chairs and furniture available - and with a sheltered garden at the house. It is now close to the ski slope, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can also reach the gondola lift in the valley for free with the ski bus. The apartments are comfortably furnished with lots of light wood. Telephone, Internet connection, satellite color TV, radio alarm clock, plenty of dishes, coffee maker, microwave, table and bed linen, hair dryer, towels and tea towels are available. Offers: small studios for 2-3 persons, three apartments (with approx. 46 m²) for 4 or 5 persons with shower / WC or shower / WC + bath / WC or 2x shower / WC; Sauna and solarium; Ski room with boot dryer.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 00:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
