Highlights include the roof terrace with panoramic views, the private wellness area and year-round comfort with an electric fireplace and underfloor heating. Romance is also guaranteed, as the south-west orientation promises impressive sunsets when the sun falls into the water. The Baltic Sea resort's own white sandy beach, the large Weidefelder sandy beach and the adventure playground are all within walking distance.



This spacious holiday home can accommodate six people on four levels for a dream holiday. Each living level has an outdoor area in the form of an adjoining terrace with phenomenal fjord views. Barbecue together on the water level or enjoy a romantic sunset on the roof terrace with 360-degree water views as far as Schleimünde. Sunbathing or chilling out on the high-quality garden furniture, a holiday feeling is guaranteed in this spacious holiday home with plenty of places to retreat to.



Lovingly furnished and equipped to a high standard, the eat-in kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. Underfloor heating, an electric stove and a private wellness area provide cosy comfort at any time of year. When you return from a walk on the beach, you can relax in the Finnish sauna with a view of the water or in the whirlpool bath. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the Smart TV with Blue Ray player, radio, various films and games.



Three bedrooms invite you to dream, because here too, floor-to-ceiling windows provide new perspectives on the immediate water backdrop.



Box-spring beds and insect screens ensure complete holiday comfort. Wake up well rested and sniff the Baltic Sea breeze. The bedroom on the 1st floor has two single beds that can be pushed together flexibly and offers direct access to the surrounding terrace. With a hot drink, guests can watch nature wake up here when wild geese, ducks and swans practise their flying skills on the banks of the Schlei. The harbour bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed with a view of the harbour and an additional TV. Another bedroom is truly above it all on the 2nd floor and looks out over the expanse of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. This bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and an additional TV.



Three bathrooms on each level ensure complete holiday comfort. The fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor is fitted with a relaxing whirlpool bath and offers access to the surrounding terrace. The sauna with adjoining shower room is located on the 2nd floor. A guest WC on the ground floor offers additional comfort.



Two private car parking spaces and a bicycle shed are available in front of the house for private use.



With no carpets, rugs or curtains, this property is allergy-friendly.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
