Dreaming of a memorable yet affordable Hawaiian vacation? Our Villa is calling you! It is located on the sunny Western shore of Oahu, and was built as a paradise for family-oriented beach lovers. It is landscaped with beautiful palm trees, koi ponds, a sandy-bottom kid's pool, an Olympic-sized lap pool, a family pool, and owner's leisure lounge, indoor fitness center and a Tiki Beach Bar. The Championship Golf Course and the Four Seasons Spa and Sport Clubs are nearby. The lagoon is a swimming paradise for beach lovers of all ages. There are minimal waves and crystal clear water safe from large fish. The lagoon is filled with small colorful fish and the resident turtles, perfect for snorkelling. The condo is luxuriously furnished to provide comfort and pleasure to prospective guests. It is approximately 1386 sq' and equipped with a "Roy Yamaguchi" designed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a SubZero fridge, to inspire your gourmet cooking experience. The spacious dining and living rooms are furnished with cozy, comfortable furniture, and overlook an open field to the Ko-Olina Golf Course on the left, Marriott Hotel in the distance over the lanai, and the Pacific Ocean on the right. We even have an office nook with a new Brother Printer for you to print your boarding passes, etc; The Master bedroom has a large and comfortable California King-sized bed; the master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, marble walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin Beds that can be combined into a King-sized bed. We also have one Queen pull-out sofa beds for extra guests in the Living Room. The Guest Bathroom has a combo bathtub and shower. If you plan to rent a car, you will have your own underground parking space at no extra charge.

Second time staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The place was perfect for the family. It was conveniently located away from the city but close enough to drive to the city’s amenities. The pools and the close proximity of the lagoons were perfect for the kiddos.

Excellent relaxing vacation. Away from the Honolulu and Waikiki crowds. Very clean pool area and not crowded (like neighboring properties). We look forward to a return visit.

A complete paradise

We had such a wonderful time staying here. We’ve stayed in other units and really enjoyed the flexibility for the second bedroom bed setup (our kids love the two double beds rather than sharing) and the proximity/view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed and everything sparkly clean and high end. A huge thank you to the hosts and the team at beach villas. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Traveled with multiple families. Could not enter their floors without their condo keycard. Big pain. A restaurant on site would have been a big plus. Kitchen and lanai were really nice.

Wonderful Stay in Ko Okina

The condo we rented in the Beach Villas was perfect. Very spacious and well appointed. Extremely clean too! The property was lovely and we really enjoyed the lap pool. We used the snack bar several times and it was fine although they talked us into the 30.00 drink cups which turned out to be a rip off. Oh well.

Beautiful condo. Loved the morning sunrise from the lanai. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the entertainment at the beach bar every night. We will come back!

Great unit and location

The Ko Olina Beach Villas never disappoint! Location is amazing and the beach is steps away...you can also walk easily to the small shopping center and all the other resorts. The building has great amenities as well and being all owner owned condo's you don't get the hustle with a typical resort. This unit was clean, exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Amazing stay

My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!

A very memorial stay!

My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay at this listing and had a memorial time! From the initial booking to the weeks leading up to our stay, the hosts were quick and proactive to communicate with us and promptly answer any questions. Once there, checking in went as smoothly as can be. The convenient location of the unit provided quick and convenient access to the pool, beach, gym and our car The unit was very clean and well maintained upon arrival and it provided an amazing kitchen for us to prep our meals. Its location allowed us to easy access to the beaches that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely rebook this unit in the near future.

Perfect condo

Very happy with condo and location of condo. Very peaceful. Loved sitting out on Lanai. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Liked it so much we booked a 3 bedroom for next year and bringing grandchildren and our daughter and son in law. I would highly recommend this condo for a fun vacation! The only thing I feel that the condo needs is at least one full size mirror and another Tommy Bahama Beach chair. The smaller beach chair is a little to hard to sit in and get up. Other than that amenities were perfect!

Villas at Ko Olina

Had a little problem at check in, room wasn’t ready. Difficult only as it was a long day of flying. Staff took responsibility, jumped on it and had the room completely cleaned in 2 hours. Rest of the stay was flawless. Would recommend upgrade the toilet paper, small issue, but renting a “high end” unit. Also the parking spot is quite a bit away from the unit, a bit of a pain. All in all, though, would rent that unit again.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Unit was clean, and we love the proximity to the beach/lagoon. I love that this unit is on the quiet side, so no noises from pool/parking lot. They had a new washer/dryer unit put in and drying time was less than an hr, very efficient. Communication with owner was great. We wish the assigned parking was closer. This unit is at the ocean tower, but parking is at beach tower so there’s a bit of a walk and change of 2 elevators to get to the parking lot. But otherwise everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place!

This was our third stay at the Beach Villas and this unit was pretty good! The kitchen had basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.), there was lots of beach toys and although the view is not great (see photo 43), it is nice that the balcony is so private. For kids, there was a high chair, pack n play and lots of plastic dishes. The full size washer/dryer was great to have as well. Cons: the corners of the glass dining table are a bit of a hazard if you have a toddler, the parking stall is quite far and there wasn’t a standard baking sheet. Overall, this isn’t the nicest unit we have stayed in but it’s still awesome and we would stay here again - you can’t go wrong at the Beach Villas, this place is paradise for families!

Family time

A great place to share time with family. Everyone was impressed with our accommodations. We loved the Koi ponds and the beautiful Koi. A great place to reflect. The quiet pool is a great to separate from the kiddo beach area, with 3 different hot tub areas to use, The sunsets were amazing during our stay. The kitchen area was impressive but the coffee maker needs an upgrade. My wife loved the wine fridge. The carpets could use a cleaning according to my super clean wife, but the bedroom door opening by itself is great during the Halloween time period. The drawers in our room did the same. Interesting. Overall this villa was a great place to bond. We will be back.

Top Notch Stay!!

David and Jennifer's beach villa is simply wonderful. Everything is top notch from the appliances to the bedding. The dining and living room area is such a nice common area for everyone to hang out. I think what makes this place so nice is because it feels like someone has shared their lovely home with you and has shared all of the niceties that they enjoy with you. It doesn't feel like a rental. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed in and we go to Hawaii at least once a year and always stay in a condo. The grounds are also pristine. There are two pools, a beautiful koi pond, BBQs, and outdoor showers. But the real gem is the proximity to lagoon 2 (Honu). We snorkeled everyday in this lagoon, saw plenty of fish and relaxed on the shoreline. It was the BEST. It is so quiet and beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to rent this villa. Jennifer and David are easy to communicate with and their local property managers provide greeting services that IS the aloha spirit. We were sad to have to leave. The villa was amazing! We had everything we needed to stay for 10 days. The host communicated well and was very responsive. The entire property was great! We took advantage of the pools, spas, tiki bar and lagoon. Staff at the facility were friendly and very approachable. Thanks for a great vacation!

Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable. We love staying at the Beach Villas. Communication was a bit clunky as it was some thru VRBO app and some via email. Overall we would stay here again. The view is nice, but encountered more insect friends on the lanai than we have in past stays. Not unpleasant but noticeable. Maybe because the unit is on the 2nd floor. Beds comfortable.

The location is stellar. It is the best beach I have ever been to and I couldn't believe that it wasn't crowded. We spent a week over August and at not point was it even close to crowded. The home was fantastic. This was not a rental only property which means that quality of the furnishing, kitchenware, etc. were all of a higher quality vs. the homes that are purely rental. Great communication with the owner as well.
