"We loved staying here. The house is lovely. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Overall very nice decor and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful! The deck and yard are attractive and welcoming.!The location of the house is great!!!! Walking distance to the beach and Rita Cantina, which is a fantastic restaurant with authentic Mexican cuisine!"

"Our stay was excellent. The house is charming, roomy, and full of character and history. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together, but also lots of little nooks and separate areas when you want some privacy or quiet time.Our host was delightful, accessible, and extremely accommodating. I had a few special requests, and she went out of her way to make them happen, which I greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return again next year."

"The home was exactly like the listing stated and it was a very nice home! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only complaint my guests and I had is the instructions say to leave the AC at 76 degrees - we were sweating every day and night. Please keep that in mind if you are traveling here during the summer months. Otherwise, the place was amazing and the host was very responsive."

"The house was well clean and renovated- each bedroom has a nice ensuite bathroom and photos are accurate. We were a party of 6 and I will say the kitchen was not well stocked for 6 people. I believe there may have been a total of 6 plates and maybe a set of 8 silverware. So that made it slightly challenging to eat and cook there. We ended up using paper/plastic often which I am not a fan of. Also, I would say that the pool furniture is not in great shape. They did have new cushions on the lounge chairs but a few of the chairs themselves are falling apart. Location wise you can walk to a small bay beach. The town of East Hampton is about a 10-15 minute drive. The house has a lot of extra charges to be aware of: hot tub, a guest stopping by etc."

"The Cottages in East Hampton was nothing short of extraordinary, and even after returning home, we are still talking about how special the experience was from beginning to end. We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years, but this was one of the rare places that genuinely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we pulled onto the property, we immediately felt a sense of relaxation, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality that is so difficult to find.The cottages themselves are absolutely beautiful. The elevated nautical décor throughout the property creates the perfect East Hampton coastal atmosphere without ever feeling overly themed or staged. It is refined and comfortable all at the same time. You can tell that a tremendous amount of thought went into creating a space that feels like a special vacation home. What a wonderful place to settle in and truly relax after long days exploring East Hampton, kayaking, and hiking. And while the property itself is incredible, the true heart of this experience is John. It is difficult to fully capture how extraordinary he is as a host because he goes so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. From the moment we arrived, John made us feel genuinely welcomed: He is engaging and incredibly generous with both his time and hospitality. There was never a moment where we felt like just travelers. So, bring your dog, your spirit of adventure and love of nature. This is your East Hampton destination!"
