"Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. The bathroom is too small and rusted. Seems they don't do maintenance on their amenities. There is no towel in their rooms, no shampuan, no soaps. Service is zero,...

"My partner and myself had an excellent stay at the Duja hotel (Didim) 2026 , the staff were extremely helpful especially the girl on the reception Menekse who is an excellent member of staff who will go out of her way to ensure that your stay at the hotel meets your highest requirements. To be met at the reception with such a happy smiling welcome from Menekse was a joy and also her command of the English language was also extremely helpful. She ensured that our holiday got off to the best start possible and she would be the person that we reached out to if we required an answer to any questions relating to our stay at the hotel. Highly professional individual that should go far in her career. The Duja hotel (Didim) far exceeded all our expectations and we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel in the future. "The little village it is in is an old and small Ege village. There are tracking opportunities and historical sites around. The facility itself is exceptional, considering the village outside. The food is local based and menu is crafted very carefully. The facility is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms vary in size. I slept in two different rooms. Both beds were very comfortable. Rooms are air conditioned and well maintained. It is a family friendly environment. You can leave your kids free within the facility and take walks around. These comments usually say owners are very friendly and etc but I am writing this for the first time in Expedia. They dined with us. Chat like a friend. Overall a good experience if you want to spend time around Lake Bafa"

"Best customer service ever. The hotel staff was so helpful, sweet and genuinely caring, we were treated like royalty. The hotel is too amazing with great views and amenities. Super clean, comforting. The cocktails were out of the blue! The spa area is one of the best too. All kinds of rooms for relaxation from sauna to hydrating pool. Many activities including paddle and other sports. Many restaurants with different food choices, the buffet spread is quite lavish too. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, luxurious, this is it!"

"The room and facilities were excellent, especially for the price. However, there was one incident that astonished me. I was eating breakfast and they have a few cats that wander around the dining area. One of them jumped onto where the buffet is and started eating the cheese and meats. Somebody called one of the staff over, and he removed the cat and put it outside, but he just left the food that the cat was eating where it was for other guests to eat."
