Kapalua Golf Villa Gem
My husband and I thought the property was perfect for us. It’s located on the first floor on the edge of the 15T complex. The villa is clean and provided the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. However, the 17-step stair case to the 2nd floor can be challenging if you have knee issues or carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise, this villa is spacious and clean. It made our stay in Kapalua wonderful! In addition, it’s central location made it easy to walk around and get acquainted with the Kapalua Resort community.
Kudos go to the Quam property staff (sorry, didn’t get her name) for her patience in helping us locate the villa on the night of our arrival. On 11/12/21, we arrived almost around midnight due to a flight cancellation. After a few futile attempts, we finally found our villa with her assistance. Thank you.

Pleasant!
This property made our vacation an even better time! They had everything you needed. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Amazing views to wake up too every day. The pool was very nice and luckily we had it all to ourselves. I would definitely come back to stay here!!

Beautiful property. Wish the rude neighbors weren’t all smokers so we could enjoy the lanai more. Other than that, enjoyed our time here.

Really nice condo.
This was the first stay at Kapalua Golf Villas. Bad weather continued for staying there, but I was lucky because I saw the beautiful sunset from the lanai twice.
The condo. was well maintained. I've stayed comfortably. But, I have only two suggestion to move the condo. more comfortable. The first one is to change role curtaint to get more blind. And, the second one is to change screendoors (both entrance door and lanai) little broken.

10 min walk to kid friendly beach

Whale Watching Trip
I came out to do some whale watching from Lahaina Harbor. I love the Kapalua Golf Villas. It is a very different feel from what one might expect from Maui. It is serene and surrounded by green. There is the golf course right outside the back door. The kitchen was nicely updated and it was nice to have the extra space. The only suggestion (although most of the time is not spent in the condo), is a bigger TV in the living room.

Amazing place to stay!
From the moment we walked through the door, this villa felt like home. The view of the golf course took our breath away as you are literally right over it and it gave a sort of relaxed country feel the unit. It is so quiet and peaceful and the property is very nice. Our kids had so much fun playing in the pools every day and our 11 year old daughter loved the little nook under the stairs and even decided to set up a bed there even though the sleeper sofa was available. The king sized bed upstairs is so comfortable and was just like our bed at home so we slept very well each night. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
