Very quiet, spacious, and clean room and spaces. Attentive staff. Inspiring views especially by the infinity pool just sitting in a lounge chair early in the morning. The enormous gym has a sparring cage. Spa appointment was a very peaceful and nurturing experience. Look forward to more stays here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at TAI Urban Resort. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The best part was the infinity pool and gym. Staff was attentive and there to open car doors for us. It is about a 10 mins walk to get on the Green Line which will take you to The Pier2 Art Center. We took Uber to Dream Mall and walkable to the train station.

We will be back to stay again

We stayed for one night and had a great time. The staff were helpful and polite. The views of 85 sky tower and the Barbour are spectacular from the pool and the main reception area. The pool area is relaxing and also had a live band in the evening which was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable and relaxing, we had a king size room with bath tub and would highly recommend it with a great view. We will definitely come to stay again.

Tai Urban Resort is a beautiful hotel. I had a great room (Japanese tea room) that had a raised tatami area with excellent tea and a nice tea set. We made use of the tea set our first morning and loved the setting, with a view of the city while we sipped our tasty tea. As wonderful as the hotel is, there is one negative that is a dealbreaker for me, so I will not be back. Tai has the most inefficient elevators I have ever experienced. During busy times, prepare to stand in a long line to get out of the hotel. At checkout, we waited over ten minutes for an elevator. I can’t believe that management hasn’t recommended an upgrade of the elevator management system to improve this major shortcoming of the hotel. 5 stars for our beautiful room and 1 star for elevator logistics.

It is a delux hotel and room price is high compared to others I book in Taiwan. But I think it is somehow justified. Room is spacious, all staffs are friendly amd helpful. Location is excellent. I can see very nice view from my room too. Inside it provides snacks and drinks free. My daughter commented the room is like our home with a feeling of warmth. Overall it is excellent!

The hotel is fantastic! The bathtub with a city view is incredible. The staff is very friendly, and all the amenities and supplies are in great condition. The brunch is delicious with lots of variety. We also love the cozy atmosphere, surrounded by so many books. There are convenience stores, grocery stores, and a few restaurant options nearby.
