This is the best hotel so far in every single way measured in Kaohsiung. It is roomy and easy to find and virtually all taxi or uber drivers know about it, Staffs are very friendly and helpful

This was one of the best hotel I've stayed around the world. I traveled with my mom to celebrate her 60th bday. The staffs were friendly and the hotel sauna was wonderful (my mom's fav part of staying). I personally loved how spacious the bathroom is with extra closets next to it. Definitely would come back. Also thanks for the complimentary cakes!

Wow this place totally exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable (except the shower water temp never got hot enough, and carpet was quite worn). Great amenities. This hotel has been my preferred choice whenever I visit my family in Kaohsiung since 2016. The service is always exceptional, and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The room size varies, so make sure to choose the one that suits your needs. The amenities in the room are comfortable, and I have no complaints. This hotel is clean, big, and good for the price. The only problem I have is the hotel is far from train stations. Over all, it is one of the best hotel

The only thing I would complain about was the mosquito issue during our stay. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay—the breakfast and supper were great, the staff provided outstanding service, and the hotel even offered free laundry facilities, including washers and dryers.

The room was very clean, but has a moldy smell even with AC on constantly. Enjoyed the happy hour! Staff at the front desk and for cleaning are friendly and very helpful! Most of all, the location is very convenient: close to subway, local delicious foods, and shopping!
