「Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!」

「The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath.
