Beautiful, clean upstairs loft

The loft was modern, clean, and beautiful! The waterfall shower, cute deck off the master, and free street parking were great! Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed with my teens for 2 nights. Check in & check out were very simple. Hosts were very responsive to questions and even made a special trip late at night to being a battery for the smoke detector. Great location, central to everything we had planned for our trip. Highly recommend!

Check-in was simple and hassle-free. The location is excellent—just minutes from the T-Mobile Center and other nearby venues, yet tucked away in a quiet, easy-to-find neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the personal touch of the peg board welcoming me by name—it made me feel right at home. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I attend events at the T-Mobile Center.

Awesome stay!!

A very great place to stay when visiting Kansas City. Its a beautiful, modern and clean property. A+++++ stay, will definitely be back. Chance and Jensen being such great and attentive hosts was the cherry on top.

Everything about this condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The size was good for 3 people and extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet and really close to the City Market! Totally recommend!

Wonderful short stay!

We were there for Comic-Con and it was a short drive to the convention center which was great! It was very clean and very cozy! Felt very at home, had a very modern feel and the nighttime view of the downtown lights was beautiful! There are a few restaurants within walking distance which was nice, we highly recommend Cafe Ca Phe for your coffee or tea fix it was a short walk from our place. Our stay had some board games for a variety of ages to keep us busy in our downtime! Would 100% recommend a stay here and will probably be back next year!! It was a great weekend!!

The place was super clean and all updated, the stocked coffee bar was super convenient and our daughter said her favorite thing was the ice machine, the host was easy to deal with and responded quickly to some questions we had about things to do in the area, Parking was convenient, check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Hosts were great and seemed like they really went the extra mile! For example the giant master shower with rain head and fully stocked coffee bar. Maybe the only “negative” was parking on the street. But even then, there was always a spot within the block..

Big 12 Weekend

Stayed here for my trip to the Big 12 tournament. Chance and Jensen were great hosts. Place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Good location for activities downtown and in River Market area. Would definitely book again.

Great property with a wonderful view!

We loved this property! Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Loved the large windows that opened up to downtown. Such a quaint little neighborhood, with lots of homes being refurbished. We ordered breakfast from Happy Gillis, a block from this property, and walked down to get it. It was amazing, highly suggest.

Unique abode on a quiet street.

a quiet street in Kansas City. The location was ideal, with easy access to the interstate and North Kansas City, making it perfect for our weekend of wine tastings and distillery tours with friends. We encountered a small issue at check-in, but the host was incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly. The house had everything we needed, and we’d definitely book again for our next trip! Highly recommend for a fun getaway.

We loved it!

Very clean and super cute! Perfect size for 2-4 people and very close to tons of activities. Quiet neighborhood and readily available street parking. The hosts provide so many things at the apartment, it made life easy. I’ll miss the shower in the master bathroom! 😭

We had the most perfect weekend and our stay in this condo contributed to it. Walking in, we were amazed at how beautiful and clean it was. It had everything we needed to make it comfortable. I loved the little “Welcome Susie” sign in the living room. We hung out and played cards Friday night and relaxed and watched football on Saturday afternoon. It was easy to feel at home. The location was great! We walked to a great Vietnamese coffee shop on Saturday morning and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at the houses. There is a lot of rehabbing going on and it was nice looking at the neighborhood improvements. We walked to a great BBQ place for dinner before going to a show at the T-Mobile Center. We also drove to a park and played pickleball twice after getting the recommendation from Chance. Everything we wanted to do was 5-7 minutes away. I had a few questions before our stay, and Chance was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here as we plan to stay here next time we come to town.

Our first time to KC & the property managers made us feel so welcome! They were very diligent on any questions I had, no matter the time or situation. From the comfy beds, to the huge walk in shower, the owners provided everything & more that was required! My family & I were more than pleased with our stay in which we felt right at home. Definitely 10 out of 5 stars from us!

Loved it!

So happy with my stay! Very modern and spacious loft in a nice quiet, planty neighborhood. I was in love with the area we were in, in the middle of downtown so we were close to everything. We had plenty of towels, utensils, access to washer and dryer and an air drier that we took advantage of. Was very clean organized, and don’t get me started on that waterfall shower head. In love! I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to do the same.

The suite was very clean, modern and had a great ensuite shower. Was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. We did not rent a car so the location is a bit away from downtown and the stadium. Would recommend renting a car however there are Bird scooters around as well. We enjoy walking so we did walk all the way to the Spanish district and to a great burger bar John’s Big deck. So you can get around. It was a good halfway point to stay between downtown and the football stadium. We enjoyed the WW1 museum and communication with the hosts was very quick. Very peaceful area at night.
