Book a stay at your home-away-from-home nestled in the heart of Lee’s Summit. This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located in between Summit Fair and Historic Downtown Lee's Summit. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and futon for additional seating or sleeping. The fifth bedroom can be found on the lowest level, doubling as an entertainment space. The sunroom has a dedicated workspace that opens up to a spacious patio, ideal for grilling or relaxing.

Overall stay was good. We did not have any communication from host about how to get into the house prior to check in. Tried to contact them a few times finally got a text from them a few hours after check-in time. Also, had to contact host to find out what check out procedure was and rules for the house. They were not written down at the house. The count for beds in a bit misleading as to what they call a futon; they count couches without pull-out and a love seat with an ottoman as futons. The house has been remodeled which is nice. Bathrooms and kitchen are good. Just know that the house is a multi-level set up so if you are not able to do stairs this house will not work for you.

Wedding trip

We needed a place that was close to the wedding venue and could accommodate multiple families. The house delivered on everything. It was in a great location and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Family gathering

We had a great time in KC. The house is an easy drive to city, close to restaurants, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as pictured with lots of space to spread out. It was clean with lots of fluffy towels, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again.

The Perfect Lily Pad

Centrally located in Lee’s Summit with easy access to all local attractions. Tucked into a quiet suburban setting, this was the perfect place to accommodate my family+ when visiting for my grandson’s HS graduation. Our week stay could not have been better and our host more than gracious and supportive. Will definitely stay again next time we have a large family gathering in the area. Fantastic Property

We had 6 staying here and there was plenty of space, all the amenities we needed, and a great host who was responsive and accommodating. The location is a short drive from everything you'd need, the neighborhood is quiet, and we will definitely look at staying here next time we're in the area.

We were in town for a long weekend for a family wedding. This is an older home, but updated very nicely! Very clean and lots of space. Property contact was very responsive and timely.
