Welcome to a homey, comfortable, and spotless place to land in the Kansas City Northland. Your pup will love the fully fenced yard—easy for quick potty breaks and letting your pup stretch out after a day of travel. This home is designed to be simple, practical, clean, and well-kept, with easy highway access for getting around Kansas City. Another big convenience: all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the ground floor, so you’re not hauling luggage up/down stairs.

I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

Gladstone is a convenient, residential area in the Kansas City Northland with easy highway access, making it a practical home base for World Cup season. You’re well-positioned for arrivals and departures via KCI Airport, and you can get into the city quickly for events while still coming back to a quieter neighborhood (plus the fenced yard is ideal for traveling with pets).
- KCI Airport: Gladstone is generally a straightforward drive to/from KCI, which is one reason Northland stays are popular for travelers flying in and out.
- KC Fan Fest (Liberty Memorial / National WWI Museum area): The Liberty Memorial sits just south of downtown Kansas City. From Gladstone, you’ll typically head south into the city for Fan Fest activities.
- Arrowhead Stadium: Arrowhead is on the east side of the metro. From Gladstone, it’s usually a direct highway drive across/through Kansas City (event-day traffic can add time).

The entire home is at your disposal, except for the locked closet, where the cleaning supplies and the owners' belongings are.

Kansas City is generally very easy to get around thanks to the metro’s highway system, and this Gladstone location offers quick access to major routes for getting across town. If you’re not traveling with a car, you can still get around using the local bus system, plus rideshare options like Uber and Lyft. During World Cup match days, take advantage of match-day specific bus routes designed to help reduce traffic and make trips to/from the stadium areas smoother.

This home is available 5/15–7/31 for the World Cup season—ideal as a comfortable home base between matchdays and exploring KC.
Laundry: Washer/dryer are located in the basement (stairs required). The basement is available for laundry access, but it’s not set up as a hangout/living area.
