"Place is convenient, but very dated and not very clean. But outdoor bar is great, ladies at desk are friendly. Breakfast isn’t much and was fine by 8am."

"My room was dirty bed still had old sheets not even made went to let them know right away guy came to room said he already refunded my money guy running the place said nothing he could about it but refund my money because the other hot tub room had a broken tub definitely no cares about anything I even ask if he could give me $10 off next stay he said no would not even buy me a pop so I could wait for them to clean the room he was mad like it was my falt his staff did not clean been here 20 times never had a prolbem new manager is not friendly"

"Two bad things to say. One tub was dirty and two the tv was broken. Asked them for two days about the tv, never was fixed or replaced, the tub o didn’t say anything about I just cleaned it. Other than that. The place is super cool kids loved the pool the bar was fun. Staff was excellent super friendly, coffee all day, lemon water was always full and cold. Pool tables and 1.00 beers turned into a good night. Will definitely be back."

"The ad in hotel. com said it was a bed and breakfast. Nope - bed but if you wanted food you brought your own. I was supposed to get a code to gain entry - nope. Fortunately I ran into the guy who owns the place and he managed to get the code sent. The house is comfortable - bathroom down the hall and another on the main floor. There is coffee - Keurig but coffee. I spilled a little on the staircase and went to clean it - and discovered the stairs have not been cleaned in a while. Lovely house - friendly people - but a long way from being competitive. For someone who wants a quiet place for three or four days, willing to shop - this could be a great place. I had flown in for a funeral so had no car- it wasn't bad but a long way from good."
