"Wow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. We stayed in both the Floating Villa, and then the Bankee Chalet. Highly reccomend. Everyone in that visits Sri Lanka should come here."

"Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. "Great location for visiting sigiriya, but despite coming up as "Dambulla" on the map, it's about a 20 minute drive from there. Busses to Dambulla run from the end of the road and are quite regular. The rooms are basic but nice enough. Our room was not dirty but not spotlessly clean either. It had a private patio which was perfect for relaxing. The on site food is delicious - the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was generous and was served outside in the garden. They can provide...
