Well located

It was very nice apartment, located in a quiet residential area, however it was near many attractions, restaurants and the train station. I would definitely consider staying again.

The whole place was dusty and dirty but it was so cheap you can only complain so much. I wouldn’t stay with a partner but was fine for my short solo stay. The silverware wasn’t organized and the dust behind the microwave was nasty. The front area was really dirty and there was plenty of dust and hair (not mine) in the bathroom when I showed up. The door was also just open when I came which was eh. Just leave the keys in the lockbox like you said next time. The freezer area of the fridge didn’t really work either.

Nice quiet residential area close enough to Conbini , traditional style room with Futon. Walking to and from Kanazawa train station is doable a bit of a walk but doable.

閑静な住宅街の中にあり静か

部屋がとても広かった。 閑静な住宅街で静かだった。 Wi-Fi完備してたのでインターネット接続ができた。 （19時以降の時間帯は少し遅かった） トイレと浴槽が分かれていて洗い場が広かった。 キッチンが付いていて食器・器具が揃っていた（電子レンジあり）ので簡単な調理であれば出来そう。 エアコンの前の天井から手作りでバーが吊られていたので、洋服など乾かすのに良かった。 （見方によってはチープに感じる人が居るかもしれない） 上の階の排水時の音が回りが静かな分、気になった。 冷蔵庫の製氷室の扉が壊れていて、冷蔵室内に置かれていた。 ドアポケットのバーの片側が壊れていてペットボトルを入れたまま扉を閉じたら中に倒れてバーが外れた。 電子レンジが部屋に備え付けの説明書と機種が異なっていた（海外の人は困るかも？） テレビのリモコンの電池が無いのか故障しているのか使えず、本体のスイッチで操作する必要があった。 HDMI端子が無かったのでPCを接続できなかった。 （必要としない人もいるかもしれないのでマイナスポイントではない） 冷蔵庫の上に髪の毛が落ちていた。 下駄箱にゴキブリ用の殺虫剤が目立つように置かれていたのが気になった。 ドアのキーチェーン部分が壊れかかっていた。 駐車場が部屋の前なので朝、車で出掛ける人、夕方、車で帰ってくる人の音がかなり大きく聞こえた。
