建物、部屋、設備などは古いが快適に過ごせました。難点を挙げるとすれば、コンセントが少ない点です。広い部屋に家族５人で泊まりましたが電気スタンドのプラグを抜かないとみんなの携帯電話や機器を充電できなかった。朝食が美味しかった。

４月２９日から２泊、3名で宿泊。バス、トイレが２か所あり部屋の広さには 満足。最上階のバーが営業していなかったのが残念。 空調は当日寒く暖房に切り替えて頂いたが暖かくならなかった。

また宿泊したい！

母との2人旅行で初めての宿泊でした。 隣の文化ホールで目当てのコンサートが開催されるため、場所的に一番近いから...という理由で選んだホテルでしたが、大正解！ 普通のツインで予約し、当日のチェックインの際スタッフの方から『いま１室広いお部屋に空きが出てまして、宜しければそちらをご用意させていただきたいのですが』と追加料金無しでグレードアップしてくださいました。 案内されたのは客室最上階のセミスイートような広～いお部屋。 誕生日が近かった母はとても喜び、私も嬉しかったです。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしいです。 老舗ホテルのため多少の古さは感じられますが、12月から3月までは大規模修繕をされるようなので、また来年是非ここに宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

宿泊予約の際に朝食を付けていたにもかかわらずチェックインの際には忘れられていて、おかしいなと感じて後で催促したらチケットを出してくれた。今まで色んなホテルに宿泊したが、そんな事は初めてだったので驚いた。 ホテル事態は古いが広いところが気に入り予約した。実際十分な広さで香林坊にも近くて便利でした。

ビジネスマンにとっては快適な環境、確実な対応を求めたいと思いました。

今回、宿泊しましたが部屋の照明が暗く部屋で仕事をするにはとても目が疲れました。又、部屋自体がとても古くエアコンもあまり効かない状態でした。 エリア的には繁華街に近く買い物や食事に出るには便利な場所です。 ひとつ気になったのは年配のフロントの女性にメッセージをお願いしましたがきちんと伝わらずお願いした事が間違っていた為、慌てて修正をお願いしました。

昭和の一流ホテルでしたが、今はビジネスホテル？

昔は、市内の一流ホテルでしたが、 他のブランドホテルが出来て、ランクが下がった。 施設は古いので、昭和の雰囲気はあります。 しかしサービスなどは、しっかりしてます。 難点はバスのシャンプーなどが、ポンプボトルで、あれではアパホテルなどのビジネスホテル並み。きちんと小さなボトルを毎日用意しないといけません。
