Someone stole slippers from the pool. Inspite of 3 cameras, staff and receptionist didn’t think it was important even after I mentioned i had a toe fracture and plantar fasciitis and how imp those were to me for rest of my trip. They try to check video and even after it it was only 30 mins window at the end of the day couldn’t try to help. Cleaner upstairs didn’t help. They cud have easily contacted the guest at the pool but blatantly didn’t do. Such carelessness towards thier guest.

The hotel room was nice, with a kitchen, fireplace, and big bathroom. Nice views, all the appliances we needed, and enough room for all of our luggage. Room is nicely decorated but the hallways are dimly lit, and the carpet is old and dirty. The front desk would help whenever we called. Fireplace didn't work but they fixed it. The clothes washing machine didn't work but they fixed it. The dishwasher didn't fully work but they explained how to use it well enough. The kitchen had what we needed, but utensils are cheap plastic and not enough plates, silverware, or cups. Location is close but not too close to downtown, and close enough to Banff, though the extra drive adds to already long days. House cleaning came every day, except for the second to last day, they didn't come at all. Overall, it was a nice stay with a large room that had what we needed, helpful and friendly staff, and decent enough hotel quality.

"The views are amazing from the Skyglass cabins. Nothing like it. Bring pillows, you get 4 small pillows on a king size bed. But other than that, it was a very relaxing stay."
