「The staff was friendly, but the service wasn’t really good. Took him forever to get you something they need to approve better there were shortage on towels. The room wasn’t clean. There were a lot of spots on the carpet. The bathroom wasn’t clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel. I am a bit disappointed.」

「This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will.」

We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching.
