This modern vacation home in the newly-constructed Hapuna Beach Residences features a coveted floorplan, with triple ocean frontage on the penthouse level where one can take in the best view available on the Kohala Coast. B41 offers over 2,200 square feet of luxury interiors, including a spacious master bedroom suite with ocean view, a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second master bedroom suite with a king bed and a third guest bedroom suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a show-stopping chef's kitchen and dining wing where guests can dine with a beachfront ambience. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf Sub-zero appliances, a full-height wine refrigerator, double ovens, espresso machine, and all the space guests need to entertain or dine in. Glass sliding doors pull away to open the kitchen and dining space to famous Hapuna Beach, with glass railings for seamless views of the nightly sunsets. During whale-watching season (November - March) you will have a front row seat to watch the breaching humpback whales that spend the winter in Hawaii. With architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, the two master bedrooms have a semi-circle window bay that enhances the views of the ocean and sky from every angle of the room, and provides extra space for stretching after long walks on the beach (or join the morning yoga class on the lawn). B41 has many features that it make unique from other rentals in the Residences such as oversize bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, a sofa sleeper in the living room, a Sonos sound system, and a front entry located nearest to the elevators for convenient access to the facilities of this world class resort.

Guests of B41 are just a short stroll away from the Westin Hapuna Hotel and numerous dining options and activities. Guests are invited to purchase resort privileges for unfettered access to the hotel facilities at both the Hapuna and Mauna Kea Beach Hotels for $195/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). 2026 fees have yet to be determined and are subject to change. Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (the Hapuna wellness and fitness center is within walking distance and is open 24/7), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel. Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences may also reserve Stand-Up-Paddle boards at the Hapuna Beach shack free of charge.
