"Everything about our stay was absolutely incredible—from the warm and attentive service, to the spacious and beautifully designed room, to the pristine cleanliness, the crystal-clear sea, and the outstanding food. Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi had been a dream of mine for years, and the experience exceeded all expectations. It truly felt like a dream come true. The highlights for me were definitely the dining and the service. At the Chinese restaurant "Hai Yan", the stir-fried dishes, shrimp with spicy sauce, and meat were hands down the best I’ve ever had at any hotel restaurant. At The Beach Grill, the grilled meat and coconut sundae were simply unforgettable. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature and watching the sun slowly set over the horizon right from our table made for an unforgettable evening. The level of hospitality was truly next-level—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. In the heat, a staff member brought us fresh fruits along with a handwritten welcome message, and even during a sudden downpour, everyone remained kind and cheerful. I was deeply touched by their genuine warmth and care. This is a hotel I’ll absolutely return to. A truly special place that I’ll never forget. "

"ランカウイ島の中心街にある高層ホテル。ビーチ沿いではないけど海や島々、そしてマハタワーもよく見えます。部屋は広々してて天井も高く、ゆったりできます。バスタブとシャワーブースが別々にあるのもいい。そして、スタッフはフレンドリーで、ホテル内にはプールやキッズルームの他、サウナもありました。近くにはコンビニや複数の飲食店、銀行ATMがあり、ナイトマーケットにも5分ほどで行けます。"
