"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their job because i was always there when they made phonecalls to put in my request. Onetime a housekeeper came to clean my room and I told her to come back later because i was getting ready to dress up and she said “ I want to do it now” i just asked her to forget it for that day. I love Bukoto heights, the front desk crew are professional and prompt."
