Best Western Plus Kamloops Hotel
Family of 5 with three young children. Overall a good stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, had a good variety of food options. Some items were a little dry.

The room assigned to me was never cleaned, and I don’t know how long there was stuck on food in utensils in the drawers. There was most poop in every drawer all over the floor. I had to cancel my future reservations, too many issues, noises, smells, room changes, etc. The place is dated and in need of upgrades.
