It's quiet and has a nice view. Also, there is a shuttle bus, so it is very good to go to Tokushima Station. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Hot springs are good, and ice cream after hot springs is good. Recommend.

Very reasonable cost and the restaurant was quite good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was conveniently next to transportation.

Nice clean hotel, a little far from the train station but good overall

Excellent check in and breakfast staff. Both so helpful, friendly, professional & welcoming. Large, clean room with full amenities (coffee, tea, water, toiletries). Great location a few minutes walk from train station.

Was close to JR station. Rooms were clean and the employees were really nice

All good They could speed up check-in a bit but it was not slow, just could be faster. Location was good Pleasant helpful staff

Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay.

Lovely place right on the beach. Food was wonderful so was the service. They were very accommodating of my 3-year-old.

Outstanding hotel! The food is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this resort!
