サイトには1棟貸しの為、共用するのは同行者のみとなっているのに、実際は部屋貸しで共用者がいました。部屋の電気もつかなかった。記載と違うので返金を求めましたが、部屋を使用していないにも関わらず、サービス料、清掃料、消費税分は戻りませんでした。オーナーの対応も返金できないの一点張りで、日本語が通じず困りました。
