"We had nice time there"

"Very conveniently located close to the station and great value for money!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which features local dishes. Kome eice is great. And as long as they serve small bowl of soup with Hinai Jidori meatballs, side dish of tonburi and cut nagaimo, I'll always choose this hotel. Staff are always nice and kind. A bit of local dialect that they speak also helps relax my mind. I appreciate the kind service and wonderful time while staying there. Arigato!"

"Staff were very helpful."

"Staff was great, food was delicious and the onsen was relaxing"

"Very central location, well managed and maintained! Standard to other Metropolitan hotels locations owned by JR East so you know what to expect when booking across the country, never disappoint :)"
