Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. "Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. "Staff were great, smiley and friendly. Location really nice, right next to the beach, bars / restaurants only 5 minutes away. Lots of families there. My only feedback would be an 'adults only' pool would be a great addition. Good was excellent, we were half board and really enjoyed breakfast and evening meals."

"Everything was pretty exceptional, from the design and attention to detail, the room is always cleaned every time I come back. The only thing (and I don't think it takes away from the full experience) is that there should be a shortcut to the rooms further away from the main lobby, granted that there is a full courtyard for a cafe also owned by the hotel, I presume."

"We had a fantastic stay and honestly felt that the resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the villas rather than the main hotel and traveled with our two young daughters. We drove from Budapest and found the entire arrival process very easy. We parked in the designated parking area, took the short ferry ride across, and the staff brought our luggage directly to our room. The villa was excellent. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, the water pressure was great, there was always plenty of hot water, and everything worked exactly as it should. The Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout the resort, which was important since I needed to do some remote work during our stay. I was even able to use one of the conference rooms for several Zoom meetings. The resort itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beaches were great, the pool was nice, and there was always something to do. Our daughters loved the Kids Club, the nightly mini disco, and all of the activities available throughout the day. There was also live music and entertainment for adults in the evenings. The staff were wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was good overall and about what we would expect from an all-inclusive resort. Some meals were better than others, but we always found plenty to enjoy. The only area that felt a little crowded was the main dining room during peak dinner hours. We found that eating a bit later"
