"Check Inn war leider erst um 15 Uhr möglich, obwohl ab 7 Uhr ausgeschrieben ist. Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich. Die ganze Anlage mit 171 MH ist neu und sehr schön angelegt. Der Bereich Covered ist eingezäunt. Schreckt anfangs ein wenig ab. Man kann aber durchaus FKK Strände besuchen. Restaurant direkt am Limskikanal super Lage, jedoch sehr teuer und der Gestank von der Klärgrube sollte hoffentlich bald von der Maistra beseitigt werden. "This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed.
