Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. There is a number to ring and you get someone with screaming children in the back ground who are very hard to understand. You have to go to the motel next door to check in and out, and that reception is only manned after 2pm. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor - it felt like we had paid money to stay in a dirty public toilet. We asked for two beds and they had...

「There was kitchenet in the motel description but in first floor there is no sink, so you cant drink or wash anything. No dishwashing machine, no laundry facilities nearby. No common area. No fan or AC in the bedroom, It is okay if you have very less expectation. There was no pictures from expedia. If there is pictures, people dont get bluff.」
