Welcome to The Fry Flats - Unit 1! Located in the heart of Downtown Kalamazoo, you are only steps away from shopping, dining and adventure! A historic Victorian home built in 1904 updated with modern luxuries! This first (1st) floor unit is a spacious 1,380 square feet with 2 large living rooms, a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and pullout sofa bed. 3 smart TVs and board games for family fun! Experience all that downtown Kalamazoo has to offer in this beautiful flat!

First Floor Flat Details - full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 2 living rooms (pullout full-size sofa bed and large sectional couch), 2 private bedrooms with queen beds, dedicated office space. Access to front porch, 3 smart TVs and board games.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of Bronson Park, Kalamazoo Mall, Kalamazoo Institute of the Arts, Kalamazoo Civic Theater, US District Court, Western Michigan University, Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo College and KVCC. This is a beautifully maintained and recently updated historic Victorian home. Although this is a first floor unit there is 1 flight of 5 stairs to access the unit.
