Great location downtown. We appreciated the large parking lot and walk-ability from our temporary home. Kitchen was larger than expected and there's plenty of space inside the unit for two or more visitors. Will book again!
Booked this as a stay for 4 person girl trip. Good thing we are smaller because there is no pullout couch and we had to sleep 3 in the bed and one on the couch. The bed was amazing but I would consider this a 2 person space. Good location and amenities.
We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit! Having a full kitchen was very helpful and the distance to downtown was so convenient. Very thankful for a smart TV so we could relax with a movie after a long day. The bed was SUPER comfortable; my husband wants a thicker mattress topper on ours now because he slept so well. Non coin-operated laundry right next door was also extremely convenient. One thing to note: we would have liked to have a tissue box on the nightstand.

Basement living
Pros:
The interior is very nicely appointed and comfortable. The walk-in closet is an unexpected bonus. The walk-in shower was also generous in size. There is a big internet TV plus a smaller one in kitchen. HVAC unit worked fine.
Cons:
Unfortunately, nothing in the listing showed that this unit is a basement apartment. All but one window is sealed with unvented glass blocks in an ice pattern that obscures visibility. This unit needed some fresh air. The one crank out window was theoretically openable but was stuck closed. I believe this stuck window is the only emergency exit because of the rebar ladder in the manhole outside the window. There is no way to see outside from this unit.
Cleanliness was good in most locations but under the cushions of the pull-out couch had not been attended to.
There are creaky wood steps leading down to this level that are difficult to ply with heavy luggage, due to the low head clearance and lack of an elevator.
The listing over-sells this general area. It is a run-down city with plenty of urban blight nearby. The uninviting back door entry beside the trash receptacles is supposed to be re-locked after passing through but it was often found unlocked presumably by others in the building.
