「We enjoyed the stay very much location was great. My son goes to Western Michigan University. It was just a few cleanliness issues that I would address around the toilets and the behind the seats there was old urine. baseboards were a little dirty but other than that everything else was great.」

「Our family of 5 (two adults, three teens) absolutely loved our penthouse stay! We were in town for our nephew’s tennis tournament, and wanted a better experience than a hotel room. This is one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless and gorgeous! The highlights were the jacuzzi tub, the sunset views, and the cozy couch with the candle vibes! We never even turned on the tv, we just enjoyed talking, reading, and relaxing! We enjoyed a gigantic pizza from Benny’s, a steak...

「Always love staying at any of the places operated by LiveSuites. Always spotless!」

「The property was perfect for a group of us traveling for a concert in Grand Rapids. It’s spacious and the beds are super comfortable and easy to get to. We only used the house to sleep in but if we had to cook, it seemed to have everything we’d need. There was a little hiccup getting a hold of someone and into the property as their system was glitching but they eventually worked it out. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This property was great for our purposes. The host was very nice and communicative. We were very lucky to get this property on short notice and the host was very welcoming. We would stay here again.」

「We stayed in a different condo last year so that is why we rebooked. Had a great experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.」

「The home was top notch. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I gave it 4 stars because of a few small things. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.」

「Very nice condo. Met our expectations. I would recommend staying at this location. 20 minutes from all Down Town Grand Rapids attractions.」

「Easy check-in/check-out! Perfect for our stay.」

「Very modern and clean condo in the most perfect location. Water view and easy walking to everything downtown. The beds are really comfortable. We would love to come back again. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and very kind .」

「We were not impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. It was sticky. We were concerned about the adjoining carpet bin very dirty because of it.Additionally, the kitchen cabinet under the coffee pot had coffee spills that were not cleaned at all.」

「Perfect for our stop in South Haven!」

「If you are looking for a condo to have a relaxing couples weekend, look no further. Every detail is worth the stay. The hosts are attentive and respond whenever you need assistance. The location is perfect for just sitting and watching as boats go by or to catch the chain ferry or bus to downtown to explore. We will be returning soon.」
