We initially faced an issue with the pool in our room, but the team handled it professionally and quickly changed our room, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality and customer service made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mykonos."
