Vacation home Rajala by Interhome

20 km northwest of Kajaani, lake Oulujärvi 30 m (length 70 km, width 20 km), shallow water (for a long way), sandy bottom, pier, rowing boat. There's a slight slope on the way to the waterfront. The customer's own boat landing possible, public boat launching place 3.5 km away.

Wooden cottage, built in 2006. On the ground floor living room-kitchen, living area with sofa bed, sauna (electric soapstone stove), bathroom / WC (shower stall), covered porch. Upstairs a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2, terrace. Entry to the upstairs via porch stairs. Entry to the sauna and shower through porch.
Underfloor heating on the ground floor, 2 TVs. Air-source heat pump with cooling fuction in upstairs.

Barbecue hut, lakeside sauna also available by agreeing with the owner.
Carport. You can charge an electric car from the 5-pin power plug (10kW) by agreeing an additional fee in advance with the owner.

Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet (max 2 pets). Dog cage in the yard.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und mit einem tollen Steg und Boot ausgestattet. Für uns überraschend war lediglich, dass dieses Haus quasi über 3 Eingangstüren verfügte, eine führte zum Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, eine ins Bad mit Sauna und eine Tür war oben zum Schlafzimmer. Es handelt sich quasi um 1 Zimmer plus Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, besonders haben wir die Sauna, das Boot und den Steg genossen. Schöne Wanderungen haben wir in der Nähe allerdings nicht gefunden, obwohl wir im Touristenzentrum waren. War recht eintönig durch Kiefernwälder, ohne besondere Aussichtspunkte oder Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Beim Angeln hatten wir kein Glück. Das Haus ist nach unserer Ansicht maximal mit 2 Personen plus 1 Kind bewohnbar, alles andere wird zu eng.
