The first floor is the main living area. A gorgeous remodeled kitchen with granite counters, Samsung Bespoke refrigerator Stainless appliances that's fully equipped for your use including a coffeemaker to brew your favorite Kona coffee & a blender for drinks & smoothies, 2 unique Hawaiian tropical wood counters with stools-1 under the window with ocean views - unique to this unit plus a dining area, half bathroom, a comfortable sofa with a large TV to stream your favorites and access to the main lanai. and tastefully furnished.
A flight of stairs takes you to the top level with the sleeping areas & second lanai! Upper level offers a king-sized bed, a sleeper sofa with curtains to separate into 2 private sleeping spaces, & a 2nd TV for streaming plus local TV access via the Spectrum App, a large bathroom with walk in shower & separate sink area. A desk is provided for your remote work needs.
Park in your own private covered carport and access the laundry with your private use of a washer/dryer. Beach items are provided including snorkel gear 2 boogie boards beach towels, cooler( freezer packs-in freezer) straw beach mats, pool noodles, beach umbrella & 2 beach chairs.
Ceiling fans in each room along with portable fans on each floor. Jalousie windows and large sliding doors provide a cooling breeze.
