Great location

This property was perfect for a best friend trip. This location has easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, historic sites and the ocean views were fantastic.

Terrific location

The location could not be better, short, less than 5 minutes, walk to town, great views of the ocean and quiet. You can just park and enjoy Kona. The condo itself is clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view comfortable Condo

Great location with excellent views

Wonderful sunset views from the lanai, walking distance to farmers market, street craft fair, shops and restaurants. Clean, quiet, and safe, with a wonderful location. This unit was everything we wanted for our stay in Kona. Highly recommended.

Great location!

My hubby and I loved these accommodations and our stay in Kona! Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of info inside the condo about "hot spots" to visit, even snorkelling and beach gear in the front closet to use. Very secure and safe building.

Old person hawaii

The property was fabulous. Location was wonderful. If you want a place that is walkable to all the restaurants and bars downtown. This is the place. When I say old person Hawaii I mean that in a very good way. Food was very good. Kona very laid back and relaxing.

Centrally located

The condo is well maintained and had plenty of staples so we felt well taken care of. It is a block off of the main shopping area and an easy walk. They also had a closet full of beach toys which we took advantage of.

Nicely appointed property with a good location. However, it was a little noisy being located on the Highway, and being located behind a church with loud bells and construction M-F 7-4. Additionally, the furniture is a little ‘tired’ and the bed was very , very firm

Great unit and close to restaurants

I was very happy with this rental unit. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent a couple nights watching the sunset from the balcony, which was wonderful. It was great to be so close to the restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to dinner every night. We were disappointed that the pool was so small - it looked much bigger in the pictures.

Perfect Winter Vacation

We have been vacationing on "The Big Island" for 25+ years. We have stayed in Unit 602 Kailua Village for part of the past four winters, three years vacations were of three months duration with the fourth of two months duration. The condo is very comfortable, attractive, and is very well equipped. The view from 602 is second to none! Since we have toured the island many times in the past, we no longer find it necessary to rent a car and the location of this building enables us to walk to all amenities [We are both in our 80`s]. For all of these reasons as well as many others, we highly recommend this Unit. C and L Hall Vancouver island, Canada

Great location

This place may not have the best views, but they were still good for the price. It's an easy stroll down to the restaurants, bars and shops, so there was never a problem with having to find parking in town. The unit was clean and everything worked, though there were a few beach toys that should get replaced, and there was a swivel chair in the living room that was a bit wonky. The lanai is small, and the furnishings on it were a little too large for the space, but it was a nice place to hang out for two people, with a decent vantage point being on the 6th floor. There is no place to easily hang up wet clothing or towels. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location

The place is spacious with great view of the ocean. Location wise it's close to walk to restaurants and the ocean to watch the sunset. Easy drives to beaches and golf courses. Kitchen is fully equipped but could use some of the pans to be replaced. There's a pull out couch in living room and bed is comfy. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. There are beach chairs (I used one but it did not work well, could use some Costco replacements), lots of towels for beach to use, even a few goggles in the hall closet as well as a small cooler (we did not use). Laundry mat on 1st floor was helpful, uses an app or else quarters (quarters are easier). If you have disabilities, be aware that after going to the 6th floor, there are about 5 more stairs you'll need to go up. You're in Kona to get out and not stay in the place the whole time, so take advantage. One parking space was easy. Property Manager was responsive. On site manager was helpful. Lockbox easy to use to gain access to condo.

Great View

The view is fantastic. The interior furniture is in bad shape, needs repairs, updating/replacement....but the view overcomes the negatives. Matress on bed was so hard that we tried using the fold out couch, but that didn;t work eeither. Rust on refrig handle, 2 chairs came apart while sitting on them, so couldn't use them for the 2 weeks. But, did I meantion the view?

Beautiful Ocean View, Clean & Airy Space

The property was exactly like the picture! However, they had it nice and cool with running AC and ceiling fans! Perfect location within walking distance from the downtown/shopping area! Everything was included that you would want and need for a home away from home visit. A little more instruction would have been nice in regards to how to get into the property via the elevator key, location of the elevator and also where things were and how things are handled. The Manager indicated that an instruction book would be there but it was missing so I had to ask tenants that I ran into about things, ie: how to do the garbage, laundry room, etc. Everyone was very friendly that I bumped into and it was a very quiet area. I would highly recommend this space for a couple or single traveling to Hawaii! Excellent! Beautiful! Would definitely rent it again if needed! Thanks!

Kona oceanview

Well supplied condo and pleasant view from lanai. It did, tho, look down on buildings and further on, some of the surf. Great location in downtown Kona near shops, restaurants, and markets. We enjoyed our stay.

A great view

Our stay at the Kailua Village was great. The view was amazing. The only issue was the noise from the street, but other than that it was comfortable and really centrally located.

Great harbor view

Property was somewhat dated but pretty well maintained. Located in an area requiring little driving with access to most things within walking distance. This 6th floor unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and harbor.

Great location

Condo is close to stores and restaurants. Great view. Market just down the street. Bed did give us sore backs and it could use a “deep” clean or freshen up. But it is Hawaii so we made it work. Loved watching the whales and dolphins from the lanai.

Beautiful View BUT….

The good: Incredible view and great location, clean and comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen The bad: Condo is very dated and needs significant upgrading. Fridge and stove are rusted, furniture old and uncomfortable. It was acceptable because it was clean and the view and location were so good but I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was upgraded and increasing the cost would be worth it in our view.
