'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
Were told we get called when the room was ready and never called. They tried to overcharge us for valet. We used 1 night they tried to charge for our entire stay. Our room was always the last room on the hallway cleaned done around 1:00. The pillows are trash.

My stay was okay. The rooms need an upgrade, for a Hyatt and the price I was expecting something more. I also wish there were more efforts around sustainability practices that are seen at other hotel chains. Ideally I don’t wish to stay at hotels that don’t have sustainability practices in place. ...
