「This was the worst experience I have had in my many years of travelling to man international destinations. First of all Hotels.com overcharged me by charging a premium on this hotel the rates at the hotel were 50% of what Hotels.com charged. The place was horrible and not as mentioned in the described in Hotels.com. Everything was horrible」

「Worry dirty hotel, which one he show me the picture nothing at all I just go and check in and check out the seat thank you. Don’t put again in your website this hotel very dirty thank you.」

「A young man in a T-shirt and pants had been sitting in front of the room diagonally across from our hallway, looking at us. We had gone in and out a few times, but there were three people there the whole time, watching us. I felt scared, as if they were monitoring our entry and exit. When I asked the hotel staff, they said it was for personal security. I wasn't wearing clothes that suited the Five Star Hotel. Is it acceptable to have such casual personal security at a luxury hotel? I don't want...
