「My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this sweet place. It was just perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the overall accommodations were very nice. Also rhe location is very convenient to spas, shopping, restaurants and hikes. Our host was very mindful to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend!」

「Host was really helpful. Most places dont have AC, or a need for it, but I stayed during a rainy heat wave. Host provided me with a few fans and brought me a box fan for window at my request. Convenient spot for travel medical workers at FMC. Can't beat a 2 minute walk to work.」

「Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??」

「Highly recommend this rental! Everything was very clean, cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the stream running by, especially at night. We also appreciated how communicative the host was. The rental is just a few minutes from the shopping area in Sedona, but is in a quiet, natural setting. The Pink Jeep tour was great and drove to the Grand Canyon- about 2 hours which was amazing. Just get to any local hikes early-parking areas fill up.」

「Very nice place great view very clean and convenient, excellent value in a gorgeous area. The location was quiet bed was comfortable but needed a new set of pillows memory foam so they aren’t flat pancakes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!」

「Really cute condo in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. May we suggest a couple more trash cans, and a luggage rack or drawers in the smaller bedroom? Also, the fan in the small bedroom is unstable and needs to be balanced.Off street parking was good. The host answered our questions promptly. We had a wonderful week and would reserve this property again.」
