Clean and comfortable

Phtos of this property are accurate. We stayed May 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. Furniture is new and modern and appliances are all updated. Bathrooms need updating, but were clean. Only item some folks might find uncomfortable is that there is only one AC in the bedroom trying to cool the entire unit. There is no AC in the living room. It looks like all the units in the complex are similar.

Needs a little update but pleasant.

Clean, sparse decor, noise from roadway and golf club. Sheets are thread bare needs a little update. Gasket on refrigerator and kitchen faucet need repair.

Greta place, great location

Great location on the North Shore, easy check-in/-out and great communitarian. The condo is walking distance to great snorkeling and a good surf break, not to mention great restaurant all at Turtle Bay. Would definitely stay again.
