"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However we were surprised at the extra charges for two futons for our children at ¥3000 a piece as well as the ¥3000 late arrival fee, which made it much more expensive than we originally thought. Also, we would have liked to have booked one of the other rooms via Expedia, but it said that none were available on our date however, upon arrival, we were the only guest there so he didn’t understand why we couldn’t book the other rooms. But overall, it was a very nice place to stay and in the end, we didn’t mind paying the extra fee."
