"I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. I explained the issues to the manager who said she...
"The apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the needed amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The entire pace was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They're also centrally located so shops as well as the N4 highway are easy to access. Despite the central location, it's still very quiet with lots of trees and birds around. Highly recommended!"
"We had a marvellous time at Caracal Lodge. It was a wonderful away from it all experience. Magtree Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped even though there is no electricity, power being supplied by gas appliances, paraffin lamps and LED lighting. It was magical to wake up with views of the resident giraffe family as well as zebra, impala, horses and a pet pig! Outside there was a braai, fire pit in a lovely shaded area and a small pond. Exploring the 300 hectare game park there...

There were a lot of people staying over. Unfortunately I had to ask the people in room next to me to close their door, as they made a considerable noise. (The doors faced each other.)
It is not the owners fault, but I don't think that I should manage that either.
