The condo was remodeled in 2021 and 2024 and can accommodate up to 3 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Full-size sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with island-inspired decor and a large flat-screen TV. Split A/C units and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom keep you cool.

This 3rd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 3 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while watching gorgeous Maui sunsets or watch for whales, in season. Large sliding doors provide great views from the indoor dining table if you choose to dine indoors. The fully equipped kitchen was remodeled in 2024 featuring new Quartz countertops. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and everything you need for meal preparation. Ample counter space makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
