"Peaceful rainforest setting just minutes from Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. Comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Quiet, lush surroundings with cool mountain air and native birdsong. Fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and hassle-free check-in. Daniel was a great host!"

"The location was great! Minutes from Volcanoes National Park! Also it was close to some restaurants and gas! The place was spacious and had comfortable bedding. There was a heater for cooler nights! The coffee pod machine and fridge are such nice features!!!"

"If you're looking for a resort or regular hotel, this isn't isn't it. This is a cabin in the woods, far enough from the highway that you can't hear it. It feels more isolated than it is. It's incredible being surrounded by nature! Coqui frogs serenade you to sleep every night and birds gently wake you up in the morning. The rain on the roof is a soothing sound and the cabin is built excellently! The oven is useful for cooking or reheating leftovers. And while the water from the tap isn't drinkable, they give you a gallon of drinking water daily. Definitely check in during daylight hours (which they strongly recommend) because google maps will get confused and tell you to take a non-existent route to your cabin."

"A rare peaceful slice of paradise. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Very clean, nice host and comfortable accommodations. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were on a mission to see as much of Hawaii as possible on our vacation. Great location too! Not far from the National Volcano Park."

"This is an OK place if you're not looking for everything up to date and sleek. They provided breakfast fixing but we brought our own and left most of theirs untouched. The property is secluded and quiet as long as fellow travelers are quiet. nicely decorated and close to the National Park. a big plus"
