"1. I booked a ‘Mini Suite’. It was definitely ‘Mini’
2. It paid for a King Size bed. It was smaller than a ‘Queen Size’.
3. When I booked I asked for a rate with breakfast, only to find out that it didn’t include breakfast. So I paid about $18/pp on the first morning, only to find out it was an embarrassing excuse for breakfast. Just shameful.
4. On the morning after we arrived, I went to the front desk asking them to checkout ahead of schedule.They told me that I Ned to do it THREE DAY IN ADVANCE, or in other words I was ‘trapped’ at this horrible place for the rest of our visit.
I am starting to have second thoughts about what you guys at Expedia define as an “Excellent” hotel. Embarrassing!"

"Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam."
