"I stayed at EAST Miami and had a disappointing experience with their handling of a theft from my room. My headphones went missing during my stay, and the follow‑up from security was dismissive and unprofessional. I was asked if I ‘took them to the beach’ and told I must have misplaced them, even though I never removed them from the room. I expected a more thorough and respectful investigation from a hotel at this level. I hope management reviews how guest concerns—especially theft—are handled moving forward."

"We went for Easter weekend and had a blast with fun activities for lil ages, I was with 2 teens. The hotel is lovely, the location is perfect, you can walk to shop, eat and or bike to fun places."

"Room was not very clean trash left from previous guest. looked like feces was on the bathroom door frame. talked to manager abot it and was offered to switch our room but it was very late when we arrived and we had alreaded unpacked and our little one was already asleep. so we just stayed in the room we were leaving for our cruise at 10am the nest morning."
