"Trouble gaining access due to multiple old or current key lock boxes or remote entry…… that part was frustrating, but all else good. WAY too many stairs—very steep… garage level to main level, 18 tall stairs and no landing part way up. Then another 16 from main to master bedroom…that section not bad….really needs an elevator for most folks….and we are not that old!!!!! House was clean, well appointed….Kitchen supplies adequate but could use more. Bed was very very comfortable. Huge house-sleeps 14 I think, and just my wife and me..Great locay, one house off of beach. Will rent again when we have a larger party..plenty of “space” for 3-4 couples…Good experience….lots of stairs."

"Clean home with good location to the beach. Sounds like the pool will be getting an upgraded heater which will be nice during January. Tennis and pickleball courts were great. We’ve stayed here at least 5 or 6 times and we’ll be coming back."

"This home is phenomenal. The location is amazing. We went to celebrate 3/60 birthdays. Sitting on the patio and watching the sunset every night was just magical. The chef’s kitchen was beyond our dreams. Would highly recommend this home to anyone who’s looking to go to Captiva. And, don’t get me started on the dolphins that we saw every day."
