"The house was amazing for our family of 10. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and the short walk to the beach was almost too good to be true! Keeping in mind that it’s Florida, the bugs in the kitchen were annoying and a little gross to cook around. The pest control company finally came in on Thursday, we were leaving Saturday morning, but honestly, they were almost worse after they were there. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book this house again because of the location and the fantastic beach!"

"Room clean but small actually hotel room. Bathroom is roomy shower is nice but has no dresser for storage. two drawers under the bed. small closet. perfect combination for two. Screen porch ground level direct access to the beach. No view of Beach the dunes have been replaced. Which took away the view. But worked well for us for the three days we stayed 140 yards to sand and water perfect."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost Heaven was exactly that! It checked off all the boxes for our family! We loved that it was just across the street from the beach. The Pool and putting green area was well used also! We will definitely consider it for our next trip to Sanibel/Captiva!"

"One Captiva was a spectacular experience ! It was clean, well maintained, and the perfect location for both the bay and the Gulf. My grand-darlings fished off the dock, and then they all went in the pool and then they also were able to enjoy shelling on the Gulf and fishing from the shore. Every day was a fabulous experience. We slept 11 comfortably. The beds and linens were amazing. I highly recommend One Captiva."

"The property was very nice. The kitchen could use some upgrades to the refrigerator. All the door pieces were broken and the inside was rusty in the freezer as well as the shower curtain was moldy and the tissue holder was rusty. Nothing major just a few upgrades I would fix. But I love the location and the comfort of the house. We enjoyed our stay."
