Conveniently located in the Mendenhall Valley, the unit is 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 2.5 miles from the airport (25 min bus ride), 2 miles from the Mendenhall Glacier, 4.5 miles from the University of Alaska, and 10.5 miles from Downtown Juneau.

Alaska Folk Festival home away from home.

Perfect for attending the week-long Alaska Folk Festival. Plenty of space for two with well stocked kitchen and bath. Easy access to Valley restaurants, shopping and hiking spots.

Great Little Spot

This place was great. Clean. beds were comfortable. everything you need. We spent a week here and have no complaints. Communication was great. Check in was smooth The views are amazing. Close to down town but away from the traffic and people on the ships. Very convenient to anything you could need.
